Working Theater’s Community Open Mic Night

Join us for an electrifying evening of community and art as we celebrate the vibrant Working Theater family, where every voice holds power. Swing by the second floor of Solas and raise a glass to celebrate 40 years of Working Theater and our incredible community before we open the stage for 10 community members to take the mic and share original poetry, spoken word, music, storytelling, and more. The evening will also feature a performance by actress and musician, Katie Horner, and an excerpt from The Blue Parts by Dina Vovsi. Mark your calendars now for an unforgettable night of art, solidarity, and the unstoppable power within us all! Reservations to attend are free, but required.

To sign up: The open mic is open to all with the intention of making space for members of our working community, artists, and everyone in between. To sign up for a mic slot, please fill out this form. Each slot is limited to 3 minutes and reservations are on a first come first served basis. Confirmed participants will be contacted by Working Theater staff.
